About EVE Bakehouse

EVE began in St Kilda as a tiny 9 sqm shop with a simple idea, to make delicious treats and drinks with quality ingredients, made fresh and with care.

What started with our cookies and matcha has grown into EVE Bakehouse, where we now create our signature Cloud Chiffon Cakes, creamy Basque cheesecakes and crunchy cookies.

Our cakes are inspired by the light, soft texture of Asian-style baking. Using our signature chiffon technique, we create cakes that are fluffy, delicate and balanced, paired with fresh cream, fruit and flavours we genuinely love.

We believe good desserts don’t need to be overly sweet. We focus on flavour, texture and quality ingredients, with everything made in small batches by our team in St Kilda.

From a little neighbourhood shop to EVE Bakehouse, we’re grateful to keep baking for our local community and to be part of your birthdays, celebrations and everyday treats.
